Many agents will tell you that open houses are a waste of time, but they don’t know the proper way to prepare ahead for it.

I will post the Open House schedule on my website and advertise it both on-line and in newspapers with photos and maps to your house. After seeing the photos and reading the descriptions of the home and neighborhood, the buyers who come are more likely to be serious!
